Overview

Provide accurate project pricing, manage quotes, and drive project conversion

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Effectively read, evaluate and create customer quote requests that are presented professionally and on time. -Increase overall project conversion rate in line with department goals. -Check the specifications and quantities against the order after successful acquisition of project. -Collaborate with management to determine cost and sell amounts to maintain and optimise margins. -Interact with customers and suppliers if inconsistencies in specifications and drawings are discovered to seek a successful outcome. -Build relationships with manufacturers and Sales Representatives to produce competitive and timely pricing.

What You Bring

-Positive customer service skills. -Ability to work autonomously and set goals -High school/ diploma or general education degree. -Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience, with any associated qualifications highly regarded. -Strong Business acumen, with the ability to think outside of the square -Strong oral and written communication skills and organisational skills -Ability to multitask and juggle multiple stakeholders -Highly proficient in MS packages - in particular MS Excel and project -Project quoting, estimating or similar experience desirable
