The Role

Overview

Lead reactive maintenance ops across London, handling 200‑500 weekly call‑outs.

Tasks

-Organising work schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring SLAs are met -Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations -Maintaining accurate records of work, costs, and reporting metrics -Liaising with clients, property managers, and contractors -Setting up and managing full systems and procedures for the reactive maintenance function -Monitoring performance, ensuring high standards of work and customer service -Managing emergency call-outs and prioritising urgent repairs efficiently -Day-to-day management and coordination of a mobile team of Maintenance Engineers -Relationships with existing subcontractors

What You Bring

-Strong background in maintenance across domestic and commercial sectors -Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills -Full UK driving licence (travel across London is required) -Autonomy to shape and lead a key area of the business -Knowledge of emergency call-out procedures and compliance requirements -Demonstrated ability to set up and implement operational systems and processes -Experienced in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams -Proven experience in a reactive maintenance management or operations manager role

Benefits
