Tasks

-Analyze usage data and system performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations -Manage escalations with a structured, resolution-focused approach -Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating client needs into actionable insights -Facilitate customer feedback loops to inform product enhancements. -Monitor tool adoption data, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and enhancement as required -Proactively identify risks related to product adoption or system integration and help mitigate them -Guide customers through solution adoption, change management, and post-implementation optimization -Lead regular business and technical review meetings with clients/stakeholders -Own end-to-end client/stakeholder relationship management for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction -Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the Customer Success function Roles and Responsibilities: -Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and communicate updates

What You Bring

-Background in software implementation or consulting -Strong techno functional knowledge in data & AI with ERP, CRM, Analytics, etc -Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus -Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills -Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies is desirable -Proven experience working in technology-driven organizations, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise platforms -Familiarity with Customer Success platforms is a plus -Experience in industries such as [e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing] is a plus -12–15 years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, or Techno-Functional Consulting roles -Exposure in managing enterprise transformations or digital solution implementations -Experience managing global clients and multi-stakeholder environments
