Tasks

-Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules. -Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure project goals are met. -Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively. -Mentor and support project engineers and field staff. -Ensure compliance with company safety policies, local codes, and quality standards. -Manage all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. -Oversee project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures.

What You Bring

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to lead project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget. -Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management. -OSHA 30 certification preferred. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related tools. -Proven track record delivering projects ranging from $2M to $30M. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
