You may assist with managing, monitoring and maintaining the proposal database, tools, files, and systems through appropriate information management systems. You will keep accurate records on proposals in progress, completed, wins, losses, etc.
Enhance the world around you - from the environment to the highways, to the buildings and the terrain, WSP is the fabric of Canada.
You collaborate in the realization and implementation of new processes or process improvements.
You’ll manage the workflow of a team of 5 to 10 employees. You are responsible for providing employees with day-to-day direction and tasks in line with departmental procedures.
You'll lead or support in proposal strategy and review meetings, coordinating information across disciplines to ensure all submissions are uniform and coherent.
You’ll assist in the selection process of hiring new team talent, and supervise the integration and training of new staff.
You'll conduct post-proposal evaluations and client debriefs to obtain insights for improving the proposal process.
On all proposals, develop a proposal outline document, schedule/facilitate contributions of all parties, ensure RFP compliance, draft standard proposal sections, facilitate reviews, and perform quality control on final documents.
You'll lead proposal response efforts including organizing necessary meetings and acting as the central point of communication for the proposal response team.
You provide constructive feedback on a regular basis and collaborate to find solutions to problems.
Participate in proposal strategy and review meetings. Where several disciplines are involved in a submission, coordinate the information of the various disciplines in such a manner that the submission has a uniform and coherent appearance.
You'll occasionally collaborate nationally and may work with other proposal coordinators, graphic designers, technical resources, legal professionals and other internal resources to complete and submit proposals.
You collaborate with other Proposal Leads across the country, Regional VP's and managers.
You develop team spirit through leadership. You encourage a positive work environment and culture to foster mutual support among group members.
