Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.
Follow QA/QC procedures and processes.
The Structural Detailer shall be responsible for delivery of 3D BIM models and associated documentation.
Follow and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and projectspecific standards.
Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Support engineers in design development and documentation.
Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
Develop and manage detailed 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare reinforced concrete and steel general arrangement drawings, details, and schedules from BIM models which are clear, accurate, cost effective, meet the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned safely and effectively.
Coordinate and communicate with regional team to understand scope, markups.

Minimum 4 years of handson experience in structural BIM modeling/detailing using Revit.
Exposure to international codes and multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools is plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Relevant experience from core structural discipline only is preferable
Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 or similar CDE platforms.
Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and LOD specifications.
Strong knowledge of structural systems (Steel, Concrete, etc.).
