Overview
Oversee and manage client relationships, set targets, and ensure satisfaction for water services.

Tasks
-Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients. -Pricing contracts to achieve company’s’ gross margin expectations. -On call payments to manage the reactive workload at evenings and weekends. -Creating and monitoring targets and metrics for the national accounts, suggesting improvements where appropriate. -Provide timely and effective solutions aligned to client needs. -Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers including agreeing reasonable and achievable SLA’s and KPI’s. -Meeting clients and account managers on a regular basis to ensure strong relationships. -Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads. -Taking a leadership role in presentations and proposals for national accounts. -Senior representation for the company, working with crucial client and partners.

What You Bring
-Experience in managing multi-faceted complex business relationships. -Experience in a regional or national account manager position. -A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance -Knowledge of managing end-to-end business processes -Knowledge of CRM systems
