Tasks
The 5G NSB Site Acquisition Project Manager leads full-cycle site development operations for new wireless builds — from candidate identification through leasing, zoning, permitting, and NTP delivery. This role demands a tactical leader who can balance technical, legal, and commercial complexities to drive fast-track RAN deployments with zero-defect execution. -Ensure all due-diligence documentation (2C letters, MPE, Phase I, NEPA, geotech, and structural analyses) are ordered, reviewed, and approved prior to NTP issuance. -Direct and monitor all leasing, permitting, and zoning deliverables, ensuring compliance with municipal codes, FAA/FCC regulations, NEPA, and SHPO requirements. -Deliver market readiness with precision, ensuring every 5G NSB site meets financial, technical, and compliance objectives for a seamless transition to construction and integration. -Coordinate cross-functionally with RF, Construction, Regulatory, and Legal teams to resolve site acquisition barriers and accelerate market deployment timelines. -Lead end-to-end 5G NSB acquisition efforts, managing vendors and internal teams from site identification through NTP and handoff to construction. -Track market-level progress and risks through master schedules, dashboards, and status reporting to market leads and executive stakeholders. -Serve as the escalation point for entitlement delays, municipal conflicts, and landlord disputes — driving proactive resolution and maintaining deployment velocity. -Oversee third-party vendors’ performance, including candidate packages, A&E deliverables, lease execution, and title review to meet aggressive build schedules. -Own the quality and accuracy of Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIPs) and ensure RF, structural, and power feasibility align with engineering design standards. -Negotiate and close complex lease and license agreements with property owners, utilities, and municipalities, driving cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
