Tasks

-Keep accurate records of work orders, detailed work progress, labor and materials -Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures -Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and other construction professionals -Performs routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems -Safely use hand and power tools to perform repairs, installations and maintenance according to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices -Follow building plans and blueprints -Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies as directed by the plumber or foreperson

Requirements

• journeyman license
• 1 year
• 3 years
• 18+ age
• driver's license

What You Bring

-Three (3) years of experience in the plumbing field is preferred -Must possess journeyman electrician's license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed -One (1) year of experience in the plumbing field required -Must be 18 years of age or older -Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
