Design & analyze mechanical parts/assemblies in SolidWorks, support production and testing.
-Utilize ERP systems for product-related data management. -Design parts, drawings, and large assemblies using SolidWorks. -Provide support to the production floor for design changes and process improvements. -Perform engineering analyses and simulations. -Collaborate with the testing department to develop and build test fixtures.
-Experience with machine building, welding, or fabrication methods. -Experience in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, and working with metals. -Knowledge of fabricated and welded machine parts, GD&T, and electromechanical design. -Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software. -Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related degree. -Targeting 3+ years of experience; Co-ops and internships may be considered as experience.
