Tasks

-Ensure that applications meet regulatory compliance requirements and risk management standards, particularly in data security and privacy. -Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications across multiple platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. -Work in close collaboration with product management to ensure software is developed that anticipates future needs and maintains option value -Develop and enforce application maintenance processes and policies to ensure smooth daily operations, addressing system issues, bugs, and performance problems proactively. -Lead the design and implementation of system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across internal and external applications and platforms. -Mentor and manage a team of application specialists, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in Workday Financial module with workday development technologies – EIBs, Cloud Connections, Rest APIs, Studio integrations and Reports -Proven experience in managing enterprise-level applications and systems, including ERP, or other business-critical platforms. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Experience with application lifecycle management tools and software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. -Strong expertise in application architecture, system integration, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices. -Minimum 6 years of experience in IT and application management with deep understanding of accounting principles -Workday certification is a HUGE plus -Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver results on time and within budget. -In-depth understanding of data security, compliance standards, and industry best practices. -Experience working in Onsite-Offshore models -Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
