Tasks

-Maintain safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment. -Become the subject matter expert of knowledge of rental fleet equipment and rental applications. -Always communicate with Account Managers on new opportunities, follow ups, customer feedback, and conflict resolution to assure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. -Assist with ordering attachments, accessories etc. as needed. -Complete required administrative reporting. -Coordinate with service and parts departments for equipment readiness. -Answers customers, account managers, and vendor calls and emails with urgency and accuracy of information. -Ensure compliance with all logistics operations according to local, state, and federal regulations. -When necessary, coordinates delivery and pickup of rental equipment, as well as sold units and units for trade shows. -Creates rental agreements, provides accurate and timely customer invoices and updates equipment status utilizing company operating system. -Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service. -Arrange trucking as needed and coordinate with stores on the timing and logistics of equipment transfers, and as needed, collaborate with external vendors for quotes and transportation service -Facilitate uptime/customer satisfaction for down rental equipment through teamwork and urgency with the service and parts department.

-Founded in 1967 in a Villa Park garage by Richard McCann, the company steadily expanded into concrete supplies and accessories. -In 1995 it acquired three Case equipment dealerships, merging operations into today’s full-service McCann Industries. -Now based in Addison, IL and operating ten locations across Chicagoland, northern Indiana and western Michigan. -Projects span concrete forming, underground and utility construction, highway paving, bridge work, waterproofing and masonry restoration. -Typical clients include municipal and contractor teams in major infrastructure and commercial builds throughout the Midwest.
