The Role
Overview
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of apartments and common areas for residents.
Key Responsibilities

- unit turnover
Tasks
-Cleaning office, laundry areas, gyms, restrooms and other common areas in schedule -Occasionally clean occupied apartments as directed by Community Manager -Exterior sweeping and cleaning of entry ways and breezeways -Clean and prepare all vacant apartments to prepare for the next resident.

What You Bring
-Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed. -High school diploma or GED (required) -Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. -Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job. -1-3 years of experience in housekeeping -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
