Tasks

-Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to drive quality improvements -Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the development process -Utilize defect tracking and management tools to log, track, and verify bug fixes -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions -Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards -Design, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts -Perform thorough testing of products/software to identify defects and areas for improvement -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologies -Provide regular reports on quality metrics and test results to stakeholders

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the field -Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation abilities -3-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in the software or manufacturing industry -Proficiency in various testing techniques and strategies -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) preferred -Experience with defect tracking and management tools -Proficiency in test automation tools -Knowledge of software development lifecycle or manufacturing processes (depending on the specific focus)
