What You Bring

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design / Planning from a reputed Strong understanding of zoning laws, development regulations, and infrastructure Stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration effectiveness.• Number of innovative and sustainable planning solutions adopted. strong architectural expertise to translate design vision into cohesive development Excellent presentation, analytical, and coordination skills. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in master planning or large-scale urban Experience working with real estate developers, design firms, or urban planning Design documentation, concept reports, and presentation decks. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. Compliance with zoning, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
