Tasks

-Ensure technical solutions address business requirements -Coordinate closely with the product team to understand requirements and deliver solutions -Build and maintain infrastructure for the platform and manage aspects of the release cycle -Develop features from conception through release with attention to user experience -Foster a collaborative, innovative culture within and across teams -Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support professional development of team members -Collaborate with internal developers and external partners to align on development -Manage planning, task allocation, and technical delivery timelines -Communicate technical constraints, opportunities, and progress to non-technical stakeholders

-Understanding of AI development practices and limitations -Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences -Educational Background: A STEM degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computing -Experience leading the complete lifecycle of complex features in production environments, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement -Database: SQL with ORM integration -Experience mentoring and developing technical talent -AI Tools: Cursor, OpenAI Agents SDK, LLM’s -At least 5 years of experience in software engineering -Strong full-stack experience including relational data modelling and system architecture -Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI
