Lead complex repairs, mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure quality and resident satisfaction.

Tasks
-Monitor repair costs and work within allocated budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions. -Act as the technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues. -Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes. -Assess and process escalated variations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. -Supervise and mentor Repair Officers, providing training and development support . -Lead and support Repair Officers in handling complex repair cases and escalations. -Develop and implement repair strategies for higher-value variations and intricate cases. -Collaborate with regional teams and contractors to meet KPIs and improve service delivery. -Oversee repairs within the Workwise system, ensuring timely completion and high standards.

What You Bring
