Tasks

-Facilitate daily briefings, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders. -Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure engineering standards are met. -Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and client representatives to align construction goals. -Deliver FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) constructability reviews and reports for offshore scopes. -Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards during all offshore operations. -Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. -Manage in FEED, Detailed design, SIMOPS and optimization solution of construction -Review and approve construction drawings, procedures, and method statements. -Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or unforeseen issues. -Lead and manage offshore construction teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. -Develop and implement hookup strategies and offshore construction plans. -Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-risk activities. -Oversee the installation, hookup, and commissioning of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices. -PMC experience will be preferred -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. -The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field). -Minimum 15-20+ years of extensive offshore oil and gas construction experience, especially in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment -Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
