Senior BIM Engineer - Electrical

Lead BIM engineering for electrical designs in large building projects.

Tasks

-Drawing deliveries to the desired quality standards and according to mutually agreed timelines with the client. -Design feasibility Monitoring of model updates -Liaising with the international offices, Local project delivery team, Inter-disciplines and clients. -Developing BIM Execution Plans and Knowledge of ISO 19650. -Perform clash detection and manage clash resolution with support of discipline leads. -Create and publish federated models. -Perform Project BIM Set-ups. -Supervise deliverable and data extraction form BIM model. -Support BIM Manager and align all the team on working procedures. -Coordinate constructability and schedule simulation model -Host BIM coordination meetings (internal and external) -Coordinating staff training to enhance staff members’ knowledge and expertise of the standardized software used. -Takes active role in meeting the Project deliverable goals related to timeline and quality. -Coordination within a project and across multiple projects within the program.

What You Bring

-Be proficient in the use of Autodesk software like Revit Building suite, Navisworks, AutoCAD, -Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering. -Experience in Commercial buildings like 5-star or 7-star Hotels, Hospitals & Rail/metro stations -Proven Leadership ability and able to build and maintain effective working relationships at all -Be reliable, self-motivated, and have a can-do attitude. -Preferably have completed a certified BIM Manager course. -Clash detection -BIM Modelling -Have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -8-10 years of total experience in Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Malls etc. -Should be able to communicate in confidence with Clients and Lead region counterparts. -Automation tools like Dynamo, RF tools, Ideate, Cobie knowledge is preferable.
