What You Bring

-UAE National status is required for this position -Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills -Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing and events management, with a proven track record of success -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high-profile events -Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making -Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets -In-depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practices -Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic -Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project management -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams -Strong network within the UAE business community
