Overview

Assemble, wire, and fabricate microprocessor system sub‑assemblies and custom equipment.

Tasks

-perform detailed wiring. -Correct problems arising during fabrication and/or final testing of equipment. -Provide support/training to Technicians I, as needed. -Secondary: Fabricate and/or modify products: -assemble components used to make sub-assemblies; -Review all documentation for potential errors and omissions. -Primary: Manufacture upper level assemblies and/or sub-assemblies used in microprocessor based systems: -install panels upper level sub-assemblies; -assemble access panels; -Lay out and fabricate custom metal work.

What You Bring

-printed circuit boards; -Must be able to distinguish and identify different components/part colors. -High school diploma or equivalent. -wire wrap boards; -wiring harnesses; -Five plus years of assembly experience and ability to follow written assembly procedures, assembly drawings, wire lists and wiring diagrams. -GAI-Tronics product knowledge helpful. -Ability to lift 35 lbs. ;
