-Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues -Creating social media content and marketing materials to promote the community -Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service -Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed -Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections -Verify application and process paperwork -Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach -Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement

What You Bring

-Must be willing to go above and beyond -Marketing / social mediat content creation experience preferred -Excellent customer service skills -Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required -Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
