Assist journeyman with assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance tasks.

Tasks

-Gathers tools and supplies to be used at the work site according to the instructions. -Measures, cuts and bends wire and conduit, using a ruler and hand tools. -Performs minor repairs. -May disassemble defective equipment, replace worn or defective parts and reassemble equipment. -Trace out short circuits in wiring, using knowledge of wiring and test meter. -Drills holes for wiring, using power drill and pulls or pushes wiring through opening. -Assists in lifting, positioning or fastening objects.
