Tasks
-Audit of budgets and financial requirements -Client relationship management with key clients, vendors, and agencies -Ensure projects are on schedule -Represent ORC at local, regional, and national industry association events -Develop written technical and cost proposals for projects -Overseeing complicated right of way projects within territory which will span multiple states -Support of recruiting efforts -Promoting and pursing new business development opportunities in Public Sector Right of Way -Determine and implement strategic initiatives within territory aligning with company’s overall goals -Day-to-day management of personnel: -Oversee and provide support to staff

What You Bring
-Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems -Is analytical, a problem solver, and has strong negotiation skills -Is creative and able to implement new ideas and strategies -Is able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively -Must include two (2) years of managing projects -Experience utilizing the Uniform Relocation Act -Experience effectively managing direct reports -Minimum of (6) years of experience in the Right of Way industry -Prior experience managing budgets and preparing reports on project financials -Experience overseeing projects totaling a minimum of $5 million -Must include working with OR within a state's Department of Transportation -Enjoys mentoring and has leadership/managerial skills -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox -Has excellent written and verbal communication skills -Has a professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels, in and outside of the organization -Valid Driver’s License
