Plan, schedule, monitor, and report infrastructure projects using Primavera P6

Tasks

-Works closely with immediate associates, and liaises with Project Managers and other senior staff in the division. -Monitoring and reporting of project status (Weekly/Monthly/Any other reports as required).

What You Bring

-2-3 years’ experience in design phase desired. -Proficiency in using Primavera P6/Excel. -Ability to prepare and maintain risk registers, understanding of risks/opportunities. -Understanding of productivity norms. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Ability to read, understand and interpret contracts. -Ability to prepare project schedules, bar charts, histograms, pie charts, PMS and all other documents as required for execution of projects based on the contract terms and conditions. -Understanding of EPC programs, ability to prepare Baseline Programs, planning packages etc. -Understanding of Engineering phases in Infrastructure. -Experience with roads, multilevel buildings, landscaping etc. -Ability to support in preparation of ITT packages and experience in evaluating tenders. -Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Office is a must. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure, with at least 3 years on Design-Build projects. -Ability to support in preparation of Project Controls Plan, Planning Procedure or any other project planning procedure as required. -Good command in English (Written, Verbal & Writing).
