Overview
Analyst supporting property analysis, valuation, marketing and sales in Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Collaborate with internal research teams and external stakeholders to determine property values and return metrics -Analyse tenancy agreements and lease structures to inform investment decisions -Manage all documentation throughout the sales process from listing to settlement -Provide regular reporting to vendors and clients -Work closely with our marketing team on press advertising and digital content -Create compelling pitch documents and marketing materials for major commercial office and development assets -Perform sophisticated financial modelling including discounted cash flow valuations -Prepare detailed property marketing reports that drive successful campaigns -Coordinate property inspections and client events -Conduct comprehensive due diligence on commercial properties across multiple asset classes -Maintain client relationships and respond to queries from purchasers, solicitors, and agents -Ensure all transaction files meet auditing requirements -Monitor market activity and compile critical industry intelligence

What You Bring
-Capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines -Valuations experience will be viewed favourably -Competency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programs -Experience in the commercial property industry -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Graduate of a Property or similar based Degree -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook -Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative -Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals -Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
