Tasks

-Respond to emails and handle administrative work for all HERO management -Answer phone, dispatch to managers, and take messages -Handle HERO school visit requests -Manage inventory of deliveries, mail, equipment, uniforms, boots, and other supplies -File requests for HERO and follow up as needed -Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment (copier, printer, general supplies) -Manage HERO headquarters (front desk, conference room scheduling, greet visitors etc
