Tasks

-Conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy. -Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. -Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. -Provide bid packages to contractors. -Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. -Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules. -Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. -Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
