What You Bring

-Cert II Australian-recognised Commercial Cookery qualification -HACCP Level 2 certification -2+ years’ experience in large commercial kitchen environments -Flexible and adaptive in complex, multi-stakeholder settings -Strong planning and organisational abilities -Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police -Uniform/PPE supplied
