Tasks

-Make daily inspections of the community -Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuations policies and procedures, providing emergency response and referral services and resources -Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment -Inspect the physical condition of the property and report any problems to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager -Maintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities -Document and report behaviors of residents that violate the law or the community lease agreement to the Community Manager -Assist with the property’s turn -Assist with unit trash outs -Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff -While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. -Keep the property litter free -Report time and attendance -Deliver notices
