Tasks

-Assist Page with unloading resident vehicles and loading luggage carts on porte-cochere. -Oversee entryway and maintain area to five star cleanliness standards at all times. -Station at the entry, greet and hold the door for entering homeowners, residents, and guests. -Maintain clear passage of the porte-cochere and sidewalks into the building. -Maintain knowledge of all items discussed at daily Stand Up Meeting. -Greet all residents, guests and other visitors with the utmost expression of gracious hospitality and anticipate all guest needs. -Report loiterers, suspicious persons and rule violators to Concierge on duty. -Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance. -Keep a quiet, respectful attitude with Residents and Guests. -Direct all vendors and delivery persons to the SOC. -Ensure the safety and security of Residents and Guests, and the protection of the property. -Immediately address and resolve all relevant issues ensuring Resident and Guest satisfaction. -Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. -Assist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services. -Clean and maintain common areas in the jurisdiction of the Door Host role when necessary. -Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations. -Secure taxicabs for Residents and Guests and assist with Uber / Lyft and other third-party driver service(s). -Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests. -Assist in the placement and removal of lobby rain mats and exterior floor mats.

What You Bring

-Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening -Polished and professional presentation and demeanor -Reflect willingness to accommodate residents, Management and peer requests and ensure first class service. -Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary. -Strong verbal and written communication -A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. -Always be available to partner with Concierge and Page. -A luxury hotel or a luxury hospitality experience is highly desired
