Operate and maintain automated warehouse systems, resolve alarms, ensure safety and support staff.

Tasks

-Interface courteously with colleagues and stakeholders. -Schedule Initially, these roles will follow a Monday to Friday day shift schedule. Later, we will transition to a 12-hour rotating shift roster. -Control Room Support Provide backfill support during absences or high demand. -Maintain clean and safe work areas, advocating “Clean as we Go” principles. -Build strong relationships and act as a reliable contact. -Address and resolve system stoppages and blockages quickly. -Conduct visual checks and assist with servicing activities -Offer guidance and support to colleagues, participating in training opportunities. -Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation. -Localize and address minor defects, coordinating with technical teams. -Cooperate with technical teams for maintenance activities. -Ensure thorough information transfer to new starters. -Foster a collaborative environment and ensure smooth operations. -Assist new starters, fostering a supportive learning environment. -Monitor and support equipment through regular maintenance. -Address callouts, errors, alarms, and complaints efficiently.

What You Bring

-Willingness to adapt to different shift patterns. -Willingness to be trained in simple corrective maintenance tasks. -Experience in customer service and a desire to provide excellent service. -Eagerness to learn and improve, with an understanding of safe practices. -Thoroughly clean robotics, ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) equipment, pallet -Previous experience is a plus but not essential. -A disciplined mindset and a proactive approach. -Ability to take charge and make decisions. -Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
