Assist finance team with invoices, timesheets, admin while studying finance qualification.

Tasks

-Helping with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team -Liaising with internal departments to support finance-related queries -Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties -Posting and processing purchase invoices accurately into the finance system -Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management -Assisting with the checking of employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness

What You Bring

-GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – Grade 4/C or above preferred -Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook -Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively -Good attention to detail and accuracy
