Tasks

-Responsibility for all goods in/out -Maintain accurate administrative records. -Efficiently managing a team of yard/warehouse staff, ensuring orders are correct and on time, providing top quality customer service -Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the yard/warehouse department -Providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance. -Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of warehouse/yard staff -Ensuring housekeeping is well maintained including excellent external presentation of our branch. -Ensuring company compliance of all warehouse/yard policies, legislations and procedures as well as taking responsibility for health and safety issues of the warehouse/yard

-Strong people management skills -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Experience within the merchant industry is essential. -Previous foreman/management experience, with a proven track record of managing a fast-paced environment would be essential.
