Tasks

-Maintain a relationship-focused, ethical approach emphasizing trust and transparency. -Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT-powered search, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. -Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing: -Identify insights and improvements to enhance sourcing productivity. -Relationship Builder: Fosters trust and professional rapport with business owners. -Conduct professional and discreet outreach to company owners and executives. -Develop AI-assisted dashboards for real-time performance tracking. -Use AI-powered tools to identify, qualify, and enrich acquisition targets. -Partner with the M&A Execution team to share target background, engagement history, and company data. -Initiate discussions to confirm interest and alignment with Nations Roof’s strategic objectives. -Support documentation flow, milestone tracking, and due diligence preparation. -Build comprehensive market maps across commercial roofing, specialty contracting, and facility services industries. -Automate data collection via Zapier, PhantomBuster, and TexAu for real-time ownership and company insights. -Define and maintain target acquisition criteria (revenue, ownership type, geography, service offerings). -Maintain an accurate M&A sourcing pipeline in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Affinity, or Salesforce). -Identify off-market opportunities through creative channels such as: -Deliver diligence-ready company summaries and ensure seamless communication during handoffs. -Develop detailed company profiles including size, market presence, digital footprint, and leadership contacts. -Coordinate NDA execution and transition qualified opportunities to the M&A Execution team.

-Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify privately held businesses. -Results-Driven: Delivers measurable outcomes in sourcing and qualification. -Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and communication skills. -Timeliness and quality of handoffs to the Execution team. -Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools. -Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, TexAu, PhantomBuster, Clearbit). -Outreach-to-NDA conversion rate. -Proven cold-calling and outreach success initiating first-contact discussions. -2+ years of experience in M&A sourcing, lead generation, or business development (3–5 years preferred). -Tech-Savvy Researcher: Expert in AI and automation for sourcing intelligence. -Advanced use of AI-driven search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot). -Relationship-oriented with the ability to engage founders and executives professionally. -Accuracy and completeness of CRM data. -Analytical Thinker: Synthesizes data and market insights to identify acquisition opportunities. -CRM expertise (HubSpot, Affinity, Salesforce) and automated workflow design. -Experience in construction, industrial services, or facility management highly desired. -Occasional travel required for in-person meetings and strategy sessions. -Collaborative team player bridging sourcing, analytics, and execution. -Proficiency with data sourcing platforms (PitchBook, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. -Proactive collaboration and reporting excellence.
