Tasks

-Requisitioning materials when applicable -Releasing/rescheduling/completing related work orders -Maintain/Audit/Improve Standard Work -Ensure each work area has the appropriate materials available to start/execute the jobs. -Understand and support Company policies and procedures. -Establish material delivery planning and backflush locations TMS -Review Clear To Build data to help coordinate planned machine builds on the lines -Train and cross train other employees in materials processes -Analyzes material flow problems, determines causes, put corrective actions in place – proper station coding, 2 bin set up, mistake-proof the order/distribution processes, etc. -Assist in properly planning item attributes data in TMS -Manage bypass reports and order parts from CLI -Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace

What You Bring

-1 to 3 years material inventory experience -Ability to identify and eliminate waste within inventory materials processes -Strong Microsoft excel skills and computer systems aptitude -Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving skills -High School Diploma or equivalent -Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, computer and math)
