Tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Keeper to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving and issuing of materials, and support procurement and project teams. The ideal candidate will maintain proper stock management, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely document processing. -Receive and issue materials at the warehouse. -Dispatch required documents to head office. -Coordinate with PM for approvals of delivery notes and inspections. -Ensure documents are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible. -Inform the warehouse manager and PM of damaged materials. -Maintain delivery note records and submit weekly logs. -Review and verify documents in the Open Text system. -Convert approved documents into GRNs promptly. -Support procurement with shipping and receiving at the site store. -Inspect delivery notes and convert them into GRNs. -Ensure proper placement, racking, and handling of materials. -Act as custodian of all warehouse materials. -Ensure timely GRN creation in SAP and coordinate with procurement.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Experience Required: 3–5 Years -3–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Excellent communication and writing abilities. -Collaboration, follow-up, and tracking skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
