Tasks

-Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and communications with clients. -Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner -Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contracts and agreed terms -Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and payment issues -Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing, collection, and reporting processes -Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements -Cash Application: Record and allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts -Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project, and finance teams to ensure accurate customer account management -Collections Management: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts, and ensure timely receipt of payments -Reporting: Generate accounts receivable aging reports, cash collection forecasts, and other financial reports as required -Team Leadership: Oversee and provide guidance to the Accounts Receivable Clerks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

What You Bring

-Strong experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control -Knowledge of Spanish is a plus -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines -Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field -Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes -Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
