Tasks
-Manage full project lifecycle from planning through turnover and commissioning -Drive construction turnover to company’s commissioning/start-up teams -Conduct regular site visits and meetings with internal teams and external partners -Coordinate equipment deliveries, laydown logistics, and secure material handling -Lead cross-functional coordination with company stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site teams -Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation -Oversee safety, QA/QC processes, permitting, and local code compliance

What You Bring
-Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and subcontractor oversight -Frequent regional travel to project site (approx. 50%) -Strong background with general contractors, EPCs, and construction management practices -7+ years managing industrial or manufacturing construction projects ($10M+) -Proficient in project controls (schedule, budget, change orders) -CPG project experience strongly preferred -Familiarity with QA/QC protocols, OSHA and client safety requirements
