The Role

Overview

Set up and manage pre/post-sales support and field operations for HVAC IoT solutions.

Tasks

-Responsible for Site Visit and Site Coordination. -Work with project engineers to submit proposal and implement technology solution to improve HVAC efficiency. -Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, audits & assist in project proposals. -To be involved and carry out planning, execution, and updates for all daily on-site work. -Set up post-sales tech support infrastructure. Will include in-depth troubleshooting on 75F hardware & software platforms, Root Cause Analysis reporting, reference library & training tools, remote installations, etc. -Build service sales team for selling value-added services to existing client base. -Responsible for customer and vendor interactions. -Set up the pre and post-sales customer support infrastructure. Will include call logging, escalation, deployment of in-house & outsourced engineers in the field, call closure, monitoring of customer SLAs. -Maintain and improve the CSAT score.

What You Bring

-Should have had people responsibility for at least 3 years. -B.E./B.Tech from a reputed university. -Should have had P&L responsibility for at least 3 years. -Should have channel as well as Enterprise experience. -Should be familiar with industry-standard CRM/equivalent. -Should have a proven track record of delivering targets consistently. -Should have worked with large Indian or multinational organizations. -Should have 4-8 years relevant work experience. -Should have worked with the HVAC industries for the majority of his/her career.
