Tasks

You’ll manage high-profile projects, collaborate with great people, and see your hard work pay off. ↓ -Oversee multiple projects simultaneously — maintaining organization and control under pressure. -Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. -Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery. -Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and successful field execution. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. -Provide proactive communication and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of high-impact commercial construction projects in the Raleigh area? Do you thrive on responsibility, client interaction, and delivering exceptional results? -Proficient in Procore, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office. -Confident in client-facing meetings and project interviews. -3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. -Proven ability to manage projects $5M+ independently. -Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. -Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and project financials.
