Tasks

-Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at improving accuracy and efficiency. -Identify and correct discrepancies in submitted time entries; escalate issues as required. -Collaborate with site supervision, project leads, and head office payroll teams to resolve timekeeping concerns promptly. -Process new hires, terminations, job changes, and other personnel updates in relevant systems. -Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls. -Post, verify, and reconcile daily hours for all CAM site employees and contractors. -Generate and validate timesheet extracts and payroll reports for processing. -Maintain organized and confidential records, including employee files and timesheet folders.
