  • Ensure that services are delivered smoothly and consistently across the contract and facilitate improvements to the delivery of the contracted services over time.
  • Oversee Responsive, Planned and Project side of operational delivery for the region.
  • Be accountable for the implementation, adherence and management of a compliance regime in the region assigned.
  • Manage the selection of Service Delivery Partners (SDP's) for particular works and monitor the performance of all SDP's to ensure the terms and conditions of Agreements are met;
  • Effectively manage Works Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure Customer Service levels are met and Contract and Business KPI's exceeded.

  • Experience in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of SDP's
  • Qualification in Building and Construction management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Solid experience in the delivery of contracts where Service Delivery Partners (SDP's) are used to deliver services.
  • Extensive prior experience managing and delivering of planned works program. In a similar role and/or industry.
  • Hold a valid Building License.
  • Experience in building and construction management, especially within a domestic building environment.
