Assist PM with construction admin, cost control, billing, change orders, and staff supervision

Tasks

-Write project procedures -Review plans for completeness and accuracy -Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system -Prepare billings and expedite payments -Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements -Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders -Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids -Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff -Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements -Write subcontract Change Orders

What You Bring

-Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent) -Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills -Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience -Able to perform all Project Engineer job responsibilities -Thorough understanding of plans and specifications -3 - 4 years construction experience -1+ years scheduling and estimating experience
