Field Services Engineer

Overview

Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair of power distribution systems for data centers.

Tasks

Coordinate with internal engineering and customer service teams to resolve issues in the field efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact with customers during field service calls—displaying strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Maintain detailed service logs, customer communication records, and travel documentation using company-provided systems and tools. Perform system diagnostics, AC/DC power troubleshooting, and break/fix services on electrical panels and power systems. Provide on-site support for troubleshooting and repairing Anord Mardix power distribution systems installed in data warehouses.

What You Bring

3–5 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems, ideally high-voltage or AC/DC power distribution. Comfortable working in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills. Prior military experience is highly preferred. Must be flexible and dependable, willing to work OT and handle emergency call-ins. Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting fundamentals—experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is a plus. Travel 100% regionally using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed); expected workload of 40–50 hours/week with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays (always on-call).
