Tasks

-Develop and maintain project cost reports, schedules, and forecasts. -Identify and communicate potential issues affecting budget or schedule. -Utilize Excel to compile, analyze, and present project data. -Track budgets, expenses, and commitments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. -Assist the lead Project Controller in the following: -Support project managers with financial and progress reporting. -Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. -Familiarity with accounting principles and cost tracking is beneficial but not necessary. -1–3 years of experience in project controls, accounting, or similar role. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
