-Leading the HVAC & R maintenance program: Inspecting, repairing, and optimizing equipment to deliver safe, efficient environments for residents, staff, and guests—think flawless airflow in therapy rooms or crisp chill in our cafe. -Executing oral and written assignments independently: Diagnosing issues on boilers, chillers, and units with limited oversight, adapting swiftly to seasonal surges or unexpected calls.
