Manage man - hour expenditures for assigned projects
Develop all FEED design deliverables to support cost estimate and EPC ITB preparation
Perform and oversee electrical system studies for power transmission and distribution
Develop specifications and prepare material requisitions for LV & HV electrical switchgear, UPS, MCC, power transformers, distribution equipment, earthing and other electrical equipment
Develop detailed design deliverables defining transmission, distribution, protection, and control schemes
Perform electrical calculations for short circuit, load flow, equipment sizing, cable sizing, UPS sizing
Coordinate and liaise with other disciplines and departments
Execute assigned work, and deliver documentation within the project schedule
Schedule, report progress, and forecast Electrical Engineering activities
Manage cable routing, electrical equipment layouts into a 3D design model
Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance
Prepare man - hour estimates for Electrical Engineering and Design Activities
Ensure that the results of development work and experience on projects are fully utilized within the discipline (lessons learnt)
Verify that all designs are to required standards and that the objectives of the project are met
Develop electrical deliverables and associated hours for FEED work
Review Vendor’s quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor
Participate in and advise on all design activities and initiatives, including provision of training, inductions, and documentation review
Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports, engineering standards and procedures
Develop the design of substations, responsible for preparation of electrical one - line diagrams, metering and protection schemes, control and indication schemes, and substation layout

Proven track record in the FEED project phase
Has leadership experience
With minimum of 10 years’ experience
Fellow or Corporate member of recognized Electrical Chartered Professional body
Demonstrate sound technical knowledge, coupled with decision - making skills to ensure the timely delivery of projects
Has working knowledge of Saudi Aramco codes and standards and IEC, ANSI, NFPS
Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across renewables and emerging energy sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has a minimum of 5 years' gas plant and oil & gas industry experience
Excellent safety awareness
Computer literate with ETAP, Microsoft office
Previous experience on projects in the US Unconventional Gas / shale market would also be beneficial.
