Tasks

-Oversee every phase of sanitary sewer projects, from planning to design and implementation, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step -Take charge of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, while ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting -Make a real impact by helping deliver clean water and safe wastewater solutions to communities -Develop and implement health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements -Manage contracts, purchase orders, project documentation, and daily correspondence with clients and subcontractors -Build and nurture client partnerships, understanding their needs and delivering creative, cost-effective solutions -Lead monthly project review meetings, communicating progress and updates to clients, management, and project teams

What You Bring

-Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required -Strong skills in project accounting, budgeting, and financial management -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is a plus -Proven ability to prepare proposals, project plans, authorizations, and closeout documents -Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred -Articulate communicator who adapts messaging for diverse audiences -Consulting industry experience highly preferred -Familiarity with sanitary sewer rehabilitation and design -Ability to travel as needed -Minimum of 7 years of industry experience; minimum of 4 years of project management experience required -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required -Experience interpreting client contracts and managing multiple projects simultaneously
