Tasks
-Lead design teams in the preparation of plans, specifications, and other related bid/construction documents. -Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors. -Train/mentor staff on the use of Revit, AutoCAD and more. -Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site. -Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting. -Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees. -Train/mentor staff on electrical building design requirements. -Review project details to proactively manage risk.

What You Bring
-Professional engineer registration (PE) in Texas or OK. -Proficient in computerized design software’s including, but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Visual Lighting, and SKM. -Possess strategic and effective delegation skills. -An effective communicator with all levels of employees. -Preferred experience as a professional engineer for 10 years or a combination of EIT and PE for 15 years. -Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. -Detailed understanding of project engineering methods with the ability to lead project design start to finish, considering time, cost and resources. -Knowledge of electrical engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends.
